Be Fit to Fight

“Be Fit To Fight”  is a combination of Hoplology, traditional and modern martial art conditioning exercises, along with other training methods such as  High Intensity Interval  Circuit Training and mind/body relaxation techniques.

Using your own bodyweight and light to moderate external resistance, this program helps to condition your body to instinctively defend yourselves should the need arise.

 

 

“Be Fit To Fight” was developed by Certified Health and Exercise Physiologist/Personal Trainer and Martial Artist Nigel Seemungal, as a way to promote good HEALTH/WELLNESS , LONGEVITY and SELF-PROTECTION.
